Spend Some Time Outdoors

One of the best ways to reduce stress is to just get out in nature. Even if you just go into your own backyard, spend some time outdoors soaking up the sun, feeling the breeze, and appreciating the trees, grass, flowers, and critters that make nature great. There is also scientific evidence that earthing, or putting your bare feet in dirt or grass, can significantly reduce stress and stress related health conditions.
