Katie Bernhardt, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant new to Bay Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. She joins after practicing both medical and aesthetic dermatology in Jacksonville for almost 5 years. Katie graduated as Valedictorian with a Master of Clinical Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University. She received a dual bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Exercise Science & Nutrition from Florida State University. She also completed a training course through the dermatology society that has given her the title of Fellow Diplomate. Katie is especially excited to be back in the Tampa area, as she grew up here and the rest of her family still resides locally. She is a proud graduate of the local high school, Palm Harbor University High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, traveling, exploring, boating, spending time with friends and family, completing DIY projects, and watching Florida State football games (Go Noles!)
