Dr. Kathy L Anderson has been in Dermatology practice since 1995 and has been in the Tampa Bay area since 1999. Dr. Anderson sees patients of all ages for treatment of skin disorders and performs skin cancer surgery as well as many cosmetic procedures and cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Anderson received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Boston and graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991. After a year of Internal Medicine at Deaconess West Hospital in St. Louis, she returned to Boston to complete a 3 year Dermatology residency program. During her residency, she received extensive training in various lasers and medical devices to be used for medical as well as cosmetic applications. She practiced dermatology in the Boston area for 4 years, before relocating in Tampa Bay.
Dr. Anderson is Assistant Clinical Professor at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, and enjoys working with medical students as well as medical residents training at USF.
Dr. Anderson welcomes her patients warmly and enjoys caring for the entire family. Her experience in providing cosmetic treatments such as laser, fillers, Botox, IPL and other modalities keeps her practice very fulfilling and provides options for many patients.
